Task & responsibilities Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients Ensuring all dishes are presented to the highest standard Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards Collaborating with the kitchen team to help develop new menu items and improve existing ones Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment Qualification & experience Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or kitchen management (Cert III in Commercial Cookery at a minimum) Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced,



high-volume kitchen environment Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work well within a team and under pressure Passionate about creating delicious, innovative dishes Adherence to procedures and recipe cards Minimum 2 years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, post study Managing a kitchen team is essential Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Able to work varied hours including night shifts and weekend work Knowledge of WHS and food hygiene requirements Must have current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate About Company The Mawson Club is a vibrant and popular community hub, offering a range of dining and entertainment and options to our customers.
