About the role

You will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, respond to breakdowns and complete repairs on overhead cranes, hoists and industrial lifting equipment. Your ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment across both disciplines is what matters.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out preventative maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists and industrial lifting equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Respond to breakdowns
- Complete repairs on industrial lifting equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment across electrical and mechanical disciplines

About you

- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- A current electrical licence or electrical fitter's ticket appropriate to the work
- Experience in preventative maintenance,



breakdown response and equipment repairs
- Willingness and ability to work safely at heights
- A practical, hands-on approach with a robust commitment to safety
- Experience in industrial maintenance, motors, gearboxes, brakes, control systems and mechanical repairs
- Direct crane and hoist servicing experience (desirable)
- EWP and forklift licences, or willingness to obtain them (desirable)
