We understand the rhythm of life in the outback, and we are here to make your day a little easier with friendly service and a comfortable stop. Position Available: JUNCTION 8 PTY LTD / LONE STAR SERVICE STATION is hiring a FULL TIME Retail Assistant to join our team.

Duties include: assisting customers with purchases and inquiries, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Must be hardworking, reliable, and a team player dedicated to providing genuine service. Responsibilities:

1.



Assists in food preparation by chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients (such as vegetables and potatoes). 2. Assists with basic cooking tasks, including preparing burger components and frying fish and chips. 3. Assists in plating, packaging, and presenting takeaway orders for customers.

4. Assists in the setup, cleaning, and pack-down of kitchen stations. 5. Strictly follows food safety and hygiene standards to ensure high-quality food. 6. Assists in stocking and replenishing food supplies and ingredients (including fridge and freezer stock).

7. Follows instructions from the cook and other kitchen staff. Requirements: 1. At least one year of relevant full-time work experience.
