Shift Pattern: [e.g., Day: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM] About the Role We are seeking an alert, reliable Mail Processing & Machine Operator to join our production floor.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated, high-speed inserting and print-finishing machines, keeping lines clear of jams, and preparing finished mail trays for dispatch. This is an active, fast-paced production role where speed and strict attention to sequence matter. Full machine training is provided for candidates with mechanical common sense and the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor high-speed inserting and finishing equipment to maintain continuous run rates. Material Replenishment & Jam Clearing: Keep feeders loaded with envelopes, stock, and inserts; transparent minor paper misfeeds quickly to minimise downtime.

Quality & Data Integrity: Spot-check batches to ensure perfect sequence, clear barcodes, correct insert matching, and accurate address positioning. Dispatch Prep: Box finished mail into postal trays, weigh, label, and stack cartons onto pallets to carrier specifications. Housekeeping & WHS: Keep machine bays tidy,



empty waste bins, and maintain safety standards across your line.

What We Are Looking

For Aptitude: Mechanically minded with basic troubleshooting skills (clearing jams, lining up guides, replacing consumables). Sharp Eye: High accuracy with numbers and batch codes-sending the wrong letter to the wrong person is not an option.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable working on your feet for full shifts and regularly lifting mail trays and cartons up to 15-20 kg. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working to daily mail-out deadlines. Clearance: A clean National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting) is mandatory due to handling confidential customer data.

Prior mail house, commercial print, or packaging machine operation is an advantage, but not strictly required. What We Offer
