Job Description

Retail Manager – Full time Company Name: SURE PETRO PTY LTD T/A United Timber Creek Supermarket Address: 58 Victoria Hwy, Timber Creek, NT 0852 Salary: $75,000 to 85,000 plus Superannuation Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and support staff, including training, performance monitoring, and rostering
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and regular stock audits
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising
- Drive customer service excellence by addressing feedback and resolving complaints
- Monitor store sales, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets to maximise profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships




- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to increase store performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar retail or fuel station management role
- Strong leadership and staff supervision experience
- Minimum Tertiary qualification in business, management, or engineering
- Experience working in petroleum retail, convenience store, or fast-paced retail environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
- Understanding of OH&S; policies and retail operational compliance
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team
- Availability for weekend or evening shifts when required
