Customer Service Officer

Roster: Initial 3-month casual duration with potential to move permanent direct with the client | Working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Once Permanent with client potential to shift to Tuesday to Saturday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm) with 2-days WFH Flexibility once permanent.

Location: Northgate, QLD

Duties & Responsibilities

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Phones / Salesforce cases (multi-tasking 100 activities per day)
- Using internal customer and operations systems to process email requests efficiently (Salesforce)
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Booking ad-hoc, urgent or scheduled services within customer contracted timeframes
- Updating services with current information

Skills & Experience

- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), previous contact centre experience (Essential)
- Salesforce (CRM), similar transport, logistics or supply chain systems (Desirable)




- Efficient processor who thrives on growing their skills and boosting output
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good work ethic & Commitment to safety
- High attention to detail, Customer focussed, Patient and resilient
