At Rapt Supports, our focus is to help NDIS participants achieve their employment and participant goals. We are a small service provider, operating across Brisbane to Gympie and we are expanding. We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate team member to delivery employment supports from North Brisbane to Caboolture. Previous experience supporting participants living with disability and delivering employment supports is highly regarded.

The role is casual, commencing at 25 hours per week but we are flexible for the successful applicant to work as many hours or as few as you prefer. There is also potential for the role to become permanent full time or part time early in the Current Year. Support shifts to be delivered between 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Duties for the role will include:

- Supporting participants to increase their confidence and secure employment

- Working with participants barriers to identify their strengths and interests

- Assisting to identify suitable employment roles based on the participant's capacity

- Actively sourcing suitable job opportunities for your participants through direct marketing, job applications, work experience/trials and industry visits.





- Working with participants face to face, in their homes and in the community

- Providing one on one support in the workplace to help participants with a disability learn and maintain their employment long term

- Creating thorough case notes documenting daily activities

What You'll Need:

- Previous experience supporting people living with disability to find and maintain employment

- A friendly personality, patience and resilience

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about making a real change in people’s lives through sustainable employment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Have full rights to live and work in Australia (with no restrictions).

- Working with Children's Check

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Open Australian Driver's Licence and well maintained vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Current First Aid Certificate

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Agree for us to undertake a Criminal History Check.
