You MUST be an Australian Citizen You MUST have an NV1 Clearance level. Lead the delivery of high-impact learning programs supporting graduate and early-career workforce capability.

We are seeking an experienced L&D; professional to coordinate and continuously improve a suite of structured learning programs within a large Commonwealth environment. You'll be responsible for: Coordinating end-to-end learning program delivery

Training, coaching, events and experiential learning initiatives Learning design and resource improvement Stakeholder and learning provider management

Program evaluation, reporting and recommendations Managing logistics,



schedules and multiple program intakes Driving continuous improvement across the learner experience

You'll bring: Strong L&D; / workforce capability experience Adult learning and training delivery knowledge

Excellent program coordination skills Strong stakeholder engagement Excellent written communication

Experience operating within a complex, governed environment A fantastic APS6-level prospect for an experienced L&D; professional who enjoys owning programs, improving the learner experience and working with diverse stakeholders.
