W Sydney on Darling Harbour is seeking a agile Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel’s sales, marketing, catering & events and reservations teams. You will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction while upholding Marriott brand standards. As a senior leader, you’ll manage budgets, forge key partnerships, and drive cross‑functional initiatives across regional marketing and communications. Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
