SA Health is seeking a Lead Pharmacist – Medicines Safety to drive statewide medicines safety improvements. This role leads a sustainable program, coordinates analysis, and ensures strategies are developed and implemented to improve patient safety and quality of care.

The position requires registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and a strong leadership track record in healthcare systems. The appointment is a 12-month term contract at 0.5 FTE, working part time from Adelaide CBD.
