to capture expert design thinking. Share insights on what separates strong craft from weak in design processes. Review and provide feedback on design readiness for shipping. Work

independently and asynchronously

to meet project deadlines. Qualifications

Must-Have

Senior-level

design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines. A explicit point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards. A portfolio you can share—preferably a website link.
