Our busiest season is here, and we're hiring event staff, food and beverage attendants and bartenders. JRM Hospitality is Australia's leading hospitality staffing agency, led by acclaimed chef James Metcalfe. We place casual staff at Sydney's best events, stadiums, premium venues, corporate functions, luxury hotels and catering companies.

What You'll Be Doing

- Food and beverage service, including canapé and tray service,



cocktail events and fine dining
- Bartending shifts available
- Following the service brief and adapting quickly to recent venues
- Keeping presentation, cleanliness and efficiency to a high standard
- Representing JRM with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

- Full Australian working rights
- A current NSW RSA
- Hospitality experience in restaurants, hotels, events, catering, bars or corporate settings
- Confident communication
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability across December and January, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
