Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure the secure, accurate, and efficient movement of stock.

Location: Derrimut

Shift: 6AM - 2PM

Rate: $42ph

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory activities.
- Manage labour planning, resource allocation, and workflow priorities to achieve operational targets.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and warehouse staff.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace procedures and standards.
- Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, housekeeping, and process compliance.
- Support performance management, attendance tracking, timecard reviews, and team development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

About You

- Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution centre operations.
- Strong people leadership and team development skills.
- Sound understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume workplace.
- Excellent communication,



problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Forklift licence highly regarded.
