Detailed Job Description - Strategy & Architecture

- ∙ Define migration roadmap and cloud adoption strategy.

- ∙ Assess current Jira, Confluence, Marketplace Apps, integrations, and infrastructure.

- ∙ Design future-state Atlassian Cloud architecture and governance model.

- ∙ Recommend best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and administration

Solution Design

- ∙ Design solutions for application rationalization and process optimization.

- ∙ Evaluate Marketplace App compatibility and migration approaches.

- ∙ Architect integrations with enterprise tools such as Azure AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, and third-party applications.

- ∙ Provide recommendations for automation, reporting, and AI/Rovo adoption

Governance & Stakeholder Management

- ∙ Act as primary technical advisor to client leadership and project teams.

- ∙ Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution workshops.

- ∙ Collaborate with Atlassian, client SMEs, security teams, and delivery teams.

- ∙ Support executive reporting and steering committee discussions.

Technical Oversight

- ∙ Mentor engineers, administrators, and migration specialists.

- ∙ Review configurations, security controls, permissions, and performance requirements.

- ∙ Ensure adherence to Atlassian Cloud best practices and enterprise standards





Must Have Skills: Required Skills

- ∙ 8+ years of Atlassian ecosystem experience.

- ∙ Extensive experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

- ∙ Proven experience leading large-scale Data Center to Cloud migrations.

- ∙ Solid understanding of Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA/CCMA).

- ∙ Expertise in workflows, permissions, schemes, automation, and Marketplace Apps.

- ∙ Experience with SSO, Identity Management, and security frameworks.

- ∙ Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
