Slate, the AI-native lending platform in Australia, is seeking a Founding Engineer to own a product domain end to end. You'll decide what to build, collaborate with credit analysts and brokers, and ship features that run in production with AI agents and deterministic credit rules.

You’ll work in a small, influential team, shaping roadmap, UX and system architecture while maintaining high quality in a quick-moving, regulated fintech environment.
