The role
You will be responsible for the overall management, governance and day to day operations of a residential aged care centre, ensuring safe, high-quality care and a positive environment for residents, staff and visitors
You will lead operational performance including budget and occupancy targets, workforce planning and stakeholder communication. You will also ensure readiness for audits and compliance activity,
with a strong focus on continuous improvement
A key part of the role is maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and supporting a strong AN-ACC culture to optimise outcomes and revenue
You will manage a dedicated team comprising of Care Manager, Chaplain, Lifestyle Coordinators, RNs & Care Providers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an aged care leadership role
- Robust aged care compliance knowledge (Quality Standards, SIRs, governance)
- Budgeting and operational management capability
- RN registration with AHPRA
- National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
