This traditional PQS role focuses on pre‑contract services—feasibility studies, cost estimates, elemental cost plans, bills of quantities, tender docs and evaluations—with cost advice across design and procurement.
The remaining workload is post‑contract, including progress claims, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
