GoodWe is seeking a field service engineer to deliver tele- and on-site technical support for our solar and EV charger products. You will handle commissioning, troubleshooting, and firmware/hardware updates for Hybrid/storage inverters and EV chargers.

You will report issues to the head office with clear descriptions and work closely with installers and retailers to provide best-in-class customer experience, while performing regular follow-ups and building solid relationships.
