You'll work alongside our head chef on prep, cooking and serving our brunch menu, keeping the kitchen organised and ready for a busy service. Over time you'll be trusted to run the menu independently, with full training first. We want your ideas, too. Whether it's a cabinet special, a seasonal ingredient or a better way of doing something, we welcome people who care about the food and want to contribute.

About you

- Has some kitchen experience (café experience is a bonus)
- Good knife skills and confidence with the basics
- Takes pride in consistent, well-presented food




- Is curious, creative and keen to keep learning
- Communicates well and keeps things moving during a busy service
- Is reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Full-time hours, early morning shifts starting around 5am
