Role Overview:

Coforge is seeking to appoint a Strategic Pursuits & AI-Led Solutions Head for Australia & New Zealand to lead end-to-end solutioning, presales and strategic pursuits across the ANZ market, bringing together industry, technology, AI, engineering, delivery and commercial capabilities.

This is a senior market-facing leadership role focused on shaping and winning large, complex and multi-tower transformation deals, with AI at the core of solution strategy and differentiation.

The leader will work across industry verticals, service lines, delivery, client partners, commercial teams and strategic partners to build differentiated solutions and proactively create transformation opportunities beyond traditional RFP-led pursuits

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ANZ solutioning and presales, with AI at the core of solution strategy
- Own solutioning for strategic pursuits, including large-scale AI-led transformation opportunities
- Drive AI-led, domain-led and engineering-led differentiation
- Orchestrate industry verticals, service lines,



delivery, client partners, commercial teams and technology partners
- Shape proactive AI and transformation propositions beyond conventional RFP responses
- Lead CXO-level solutioning, AI strategy discussions, workshops and executive presentations
- Drive integrated solution architecture, commercials, global delivery models and deal governance
- Build reusable propositions, accelerators, AI agents and solution assets
- Improve win rates, deal quality, speed and solution differentiation through AI-enabled presales

- 15+ years of experience across IT services, consulting, solutioning or presales
- Strong experience within the Australian enterprise market preferred
- Proven track record of shaping and winning large, complex, multi-tower and AI-led deals
- Strong understanding across AI, engineering, data, cloud, enterprise platforms and managed services
- Demonstrated ability to bring multiple service lines together into integrated transformation solutions
- Experience working across global and offshore delivery models is essential
- Strong commercial orientation with experience across solution commercials, deal constructs and governance
- Executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs and lead strategic solution conversations
