Role Overview

We are seeking an Agile Lead / Agile Coach to support a large, multi-year regulatory technology modernisation program. The role drives practical improvements to the program’s operating model and ways of working by partnering across the program, coaching teams and creating visibility of improvement opportunities.

Success in this role means improved delivery flow, reduced cycle times, fewer dependency bottlenecks, better delivery predictability, greater customer focus, higher team satisfaction and clearer visibility of delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive ongoing improvement in program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Partner across the program to coach and mentor teams, and support improvement more broadly across the organisation.
- Create visibility of improvement opportunities.
- Help design, implement and monitor changes that realise those opportunities.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, aligning with sprint and release cadences in an iterative delivery environment.
- Transfer knowledge and build lasting internal capability, so improvements continue after the engagement ends.

Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting ways of working or agile delivery improvement in large technology, business, regulatory or government programs.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
- Experience working in iterative, cross-functional delivery environments.
- Ability to build capability and transfer knowledge.

Due to the nature of the role , you must be an Australian Citizen. Baseline security clearance is desirable.
