The purpose of the Assistant Store Leader role is to

Support the success of the store by delivering exceptional service, driving sales and retention, and helping customers find the right Bupa products and services for their needs. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to support the team and keep day-to-day store operations running smoothly.

What you’ll need to make it possible

- Create great customer experiences by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right Bupa products and services.
- Drive sales and retention by following up opportunities, building relationships and contributing to individual and team targets.
- Support and inspire your team, providing coaching,



guidance and on-the-job support to help them succeed.
- Partner with the Store Leader to bring sales initiatives to life and keep the store running smoothly day to day.
- Support store operations, including customer transactions and administration, while ensuring Bupa processes and requirements are followed.
