As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Permanency Support Program (PSP) Team in assessing client needs, developing personalised care plans, and coordinating services to support children, their families and their carers' journeys toward safety, wellbeing and stable care outcomes. Your expertise will empower individuals and families to navigate challenging times, connected them with the support and resources they need to thrive.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $46.70 to $50.25 per hour (depending on experience)
- Hours per Week: 38
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Location: Campbelltown

What You Bring To The Role

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience in case management, with a focus in Out of Home Care (OOHC) and permanency planning.




- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
