Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption and transition planning for a large, multi-year regulatory technology modernisation program. You will help the organisation realise the intended business, operational and workforce outcomes of the program and leave it with stronger enduring change capability.

Location : Open for Sydney /Melbourne /Traralgon /Canberra/Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a practical change management approach aligned to program delivery and corporate practices.
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments across staff, external users,



support teams and future business-as-usual operations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption planning.
- Coordinate training, knowledge transfer and transition activities.
- Work closely with product, delivery, legal, data, engineering and ways of working teams so change activities are integrated with delivery.
- Report on readiness and adoption to program leadership and governance forums.
- Lead and coach change analysts and internal staff, leaving reusable artefacts and practices that can be sustained after partner exit.

Skills & Experience

- Significant change management experience in large technology, regulatory or government transformation programs.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with a recognised change methodology (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR).
- Experience working in iterative, cross-functional delivery environments.
- Experience building client capability through coaching, knowledge transfer and reusable artefacts.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with legacy system modernisation or regulatory environments highly regarded.

Due to the nature of the role , you must be an Australian Citizen. Baseline security clearance is desirable.
