About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering and construction projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Evaluate construction materials, methods, and structural requirements.
- Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Identify potential construction risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Review structural designs, plans, and engineering calculations.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure workplace safety requirements are followed.
- Prepare technical reports, project updates, and progress documentation.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and engineering principles.
- Experience in site supervision, project execution,



and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Understanding of construction standards, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Australian engineering standards and building regulations is desirable.
