Part-Time | The Marketing Joint

We're growing our team at The Marketing Joint and looking for a Client Success Account Manager who loves working with people, understands marketing and knows how to keep things moving.

We're not your typical marketing agency.

We work exclusively with the joinery and cabinetmaking industry, helping down to earth businesses build stronger brands, attract the right customers and turn their marketing strategy into meaningful action.

We're looking for someone who can connect the dots between our clients, their marketing strategy and our creative team.

Someone who

- Loves building genuine client relationships.
- Has a practical understanding of & capability in digital marketing, paid ads, content and campaigns.
- Is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple accounts.
- Communicates clearly and isn't afraid to ask questions or follow things up.




- Can spot when something isn't working and help get things back on track.
- Takes ownership and enjoys seeing clients succeed.

You do need to understand how marketing works, enjoy working with clients and have the confidence to coordinate the people, information and actions that bring a strategy to life.

This is initially a part-time chance, with the potential to grow as our agency continues to expand.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of marketing and creative professionals, supporting a niche industry we're genuinely passionate about.

This position is remote but if you are based in Melbourne - even better.
