The Position

- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide information, directions, and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally.
- Build positive relationships with guests and stakeholders through outstanding service.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house environment.




- Consistently deliver a premium concierge experience while exceeding guest expectations.

The Person

- Previous experience in a concierge, reception, customer service, or front-of-house role.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented at all times.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and guest assistance.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
