Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to Coral Homes.

We're looking for a warm, professional and customer-focused Display Home Host to join our team at our Oran Park Display Home on a temporary part time basis over the summer period.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting our New Home Consultants with customer enquiries, appointments and general administration.

- Location: Oran Park Display Home, 24 Allambie Cct, Oran Park NSW 2570
- 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- 9:30am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
- Contract period: 23 November 2026 to 9 February 2027
- No work required: 15-16, 22-23 and 29-30 December

What You'll Be Doing As a Display Home Host, you'll play a key role in supporting our display home operations and ensuring visitors receive outstanding service.

- Welcoming customers to our display homes
- Assisting with the presentation and upkeep of displays
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders
- Capturing customer information and assisting with lead management
- Setting and confirming appointments for New Home Consultants
- Preparing and maintaining marketing materials
- Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks as required
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures for display homes

What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous customer service, reception, hospitality or retail experience
- Previous experience using Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- A professional and polished presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented approach

The role requires strong customer service, communication and organisational capabilities, along with proficiency in Salesforce.
