About the role

As a Financial Adviser with Morgans in Queensland, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients and at the forefront of every interaction. You’ll shape long-term relationships, provide tailored advice and help clients make confident decisions about their wealth.

This role is based in one of our Queensland offices, which stretch from Cairns to the Gold Coast and include Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and major regional centres. We’ll talk with you about where you’d like to be based and the opportunities available.

What you'll be doing

- Building and maintaining robust relationships with your clients
- Providing stock market and financial advice tailored to each client
- Staying across financial products including equities, listings and offerings
- Keeping up to date with managed products, superannuation, social security, wills and estate considerations
- Maintaining strong knowledge of companies listed and traded on the ASX
- Incorporating Morgans research findings and recommendations into your client conversations
- Executing client trades accurately and on time

We'd love to hear from you if you

- Are based in Queensland, or are planning a move here
- Have experience in the securities industry, ideally as a private client adviser
- Build relationships with ease and genuinely enjoy working with clients
- Are self-motivated and comfortable managing deadlines
- Bring sound problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
- Are proficient with Salesforce, Iress, Xplan, as well as MS Word and Excel
