Front end Loader Operator

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies

- Grade 12.
- Have a valid certificate to drive a Front end Loader
- Have a valid, unendorsed driver’s license.
- Have 2+ years’ experience with a Front end Loader

- Will be able to work in a rapid paced and dynamic environment
- Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
- Be able to understand and communicate regarding technical product and vehicle matters.

Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)

- Complete daily pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on the equipment.
- The general care of the allocated vehicle.
- Operating loader in a safe and efficient manner.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime and weekends/holidays/nights.
- Must have good depth perception and coordination to operate controls.
- Communicate with onsite foreman of daily work requirements.




- Identify and communicate workplace hazards while adhering to safety policies.
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical equipment issues.
- Other duties assigned.
- Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
- Ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and other employees.
- Follow designated routes adhering to safety policies and procedures in place.
- Transport materials throughout the plant.
