About The Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and site personnel, gaining valuable practical experience across all aspects of civil construction project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction projects.
- Working closely with Site Supervisors to monitor construction activities and project progress.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, materials and site resources.
- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records and other project documentation.
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction quality and compliance.
- Preparing daily site reports, progress updates and project records.




- Assisting with procurement activities and material ordering.
- Supporting the development and monitoring of construction programmes and project schedules.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Ensuring all works are undertaken in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant Australian Standards.

- A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, some practical experience on civil construction projects through university placements, internships or previous employment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- The ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and leadership potential.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of responsibilities.
