Want to build software that connects to something more interesting than another website?

Codida is growing our industrial automation and software team and we're looking for a graduate or early-career engineer who wants to build a career across software, SCADA and operational technology.

We work on industrial systems across mining, resources and critical infrastructure, using technologies including Inductive Automation Ignition, PLC/SCADA platforms, industrial historians, SQL, Python, OPC UA and contemporary software-delivery tooling.

You don't need Ignition experience. We'll train you.

We're more interested in whether you're technically curious, can write code, understand engineering fundamentals and enjoy figuring out how things work.

You'll learn and work with· Ignition and Perspective

· SCADA/HMI

· PLC and control-system integration

· industrial historians

· OPC UA and industrial protocols

· Python and SQL

· APIs and databases

· Git and source control

· industrial networking

· testing and commissioning

· DevOps and deployment automation

· OT cybersecurity.





You'll work alongside experienced engineers and progressively take responsibility for real customer projects.

We'd like to meet you if you're studying or recently graduated inElectrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Computer Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Experience with Python, SQL, Git, PLCs, Linux, embedded systems, networking or data engineering is useful, but we don't expect graduates to arrive knowing our entire technology stack.
