Borg Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing administration of Workday across the business.

Working closely with the HRIS Lead, you will help configure, maintain, enhance and optimise the platform, support implementation activities, improve data quality and reporting, monitor integrations and provide practical support to users.

This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your Workday expertise while contributing to a major HR technology transformation within a growing Australian business.

What you’ll be doing

- Support Workday implementation activities from requirements gathering and configuration through to testing, go-live and post-implementation support.
- Maintain Workday business processes, organisational structures, positions, jobs, locations, cost centres and security assignments.
- Support data cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and reliable workforce data.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields to support HR and business requirements.
- Monitor integrations with connected systems including ADP, UKG/Kronos, Microsoft Entra ID and learning platforms.
- Investigate system issues, provide required functional support and develop practical guidance for users.
- Support Workday releases and continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes,



improve data quality and increase self-service adoption.

What we’re looking for

- Proven HRIS experience with hands-on Workday administration or implementation exposure.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements or module rollouts, including testing and data validation.
- Good understanding of HR processes, organisational structures and workforce data.
- Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working across large data sets.
- Transparent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities while working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience across Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, Recruiting, Absence, Talent or Integrations will be highly regarded.
- Workday training or accreditation is also beneficial.
