We are looking for a future CFO to help us grow Lawson Financial.

We're hiring an Intermediate Management Accountant who wants to become a Fractional CFO. You'll work directly with the CEO, supporting our clients day to day and helping build the business itself.

We will invest heavily in whoever joins us. That means personal mentoring towards a Fractional CFO role, and working with business owners, CEOs and boards across a wide range of industries from day one.

It's an exciting time for us. We support around 100 businesses today, and our plan is to expand into every capital city in Australia over the next five years. This role will be part of that growth from the start.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in accounting or management accounting




- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards it
- Xero experience (highly regarded)
- A real interest in using AI to deliver better work for clients
- Great energy, robust people skills and a love of learning

Part-time or full-time to start, with a pathway to leadership. Based in our new office in Albion, Brisbane, overlooking Breakfast Creek.
