Approximately 10–15 focused hours per week to begin, structured around your own schedule, with performance-based earnings, comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Graceful Flow partners with an established global organisation in the personal development and leadership education sector.

This is an independent, performance-based business opportunity rather than a salaried employee position. You’ll work within an established business framework, with structured training, systems and ongoing support, while taking responsibility for building and managing your own results.

What You’ll Learn to Do

- Connect and communicate with prospective clients and business professionals
- Use established digital marketing and lead-generation strategies
- Conduct professional conversations with people exploring personal and professional change
- Work within a structured business and marketing framework
- Develop your communication, leadership and business skills
- Manage your own activity, priorities and schedule
- Build an independent business around your existing professional and life commitments





Who This May Suit

You’ll likely bring

- At least five years of professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in areas such as leadership, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, recruitment, professional services or people development
- A genuine interest in personal development and leadership
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your results
- A willingness to learn and apply an established business framework
- A desire for greater flexibility, autonomy and income potential than a traditional employment model may provide
