Based at our Macquarie Park Support Office, this is a full time, 38-hour-per-week role with a hybrid working arrangement, including three days in the office.

This role is paying $80,000-$85,000 per annum plus super.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing activity across the VetPartners network.

Reporting to the General Manager of CRM and Loyalty, you’ll work with stakeholders across the business to deliver national and local marketing initiatives, coordinate multi-channel campaigns and use data and market insights to identify opportunities to strengthen customer acquisition and engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinating local area marketing strategies and campaigns to support clinic growth, customer acquisition, retention and community engagement
- Supporting national marketing campaigns and promotional programs across the VetPartners network
- Researching market conditions, competitor activity and clinic catchments to uncover marketing opportunities
- Coordinating multi-channel activity across social media, websites, SEO, Google Business Profiles, email, SMS, partnerships and online reputation management
- Analysing campaign performance and marketing data to understand effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Supporting market research and competitor analysis to inform broader marketing strategy
- Collaborating with clinic operations, business development, creative services and other internal stakeholders
- Working with external agencies,



designers and suppliers to coordinate campaigns, marketing collateral and clinic rebranding projects
- Developing marketing resources and campaign materials that enable consistent execution across the clinic network
- Keeping across emerging marketing trends, platforms and tools and identifying opportunities to apply them across the business

What We’re Looking For

You’re organised, curious and commercially minded, with the confidence to take ownership and keep multiple campaigns moving. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, care about getting the details right and are equally comfortable looking at campaign performance as you are coordinating the next piece of activity.

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or another relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- At least one year of marketing experience
- Experience delivering customer acquisition and engagement activity
- Demonstrated ability to produce and optimise content across digital channels
- Strong analytical capability across campaign tracking, optimisation and reporting
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
