Regent Homes is seeking a motivated New Home Consultant to join our established team.

With over 35 years of experience building quality homes throughout Adelaide, Regent Homes has developed a reputation for inspired design, bespoke homes and exceptional customer service.

We're looking for an accomplished professional with exceptional people skills, a natural ability to build relationships and a passion for beautiful homes. Whether your background is in new home sales, interior design, property or another client-focused industry, we're interested in what you can bring to Regent Homes.

The opportunity As a New Home Consultant, you'll play a key role in educating and guiding clients through the home-building journey,



from understanding their needs and exploring opportunities to making confident decisions about their new home.

You'll work closely with our design, estimating and management teams to develop individual solutions for clients while managing your sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to signed building contract.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Building strong relationships with prospective clients and understanding their individual requirements.
- Creating engaging conversations, asking thoughtful questions and helping clients explore the possibilities for their new home.
- Managing enquiries generated through our display homes, marketing and referral networks.
- Generating new business through networking, referrals and industry relationships.
- Liaising with designers, estimators and other key contributors to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
- Managing a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.
- Negotiating and converting opportunities into signed building contracts.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.

About you We're looking for an accomplished professional who can build strong client relationships, communicate with confidence and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your background might be in new home sales, interior design, residential design, property or another client-focused industry.

Ideally, You'll Bring

- Demonstrated success in your current or previous skilled roles.
- A natural ability to build rapport, ask insightful questions and create engaging, memorable client experiences.
- A genuine interest in residential design, beautiful homes and the building industry.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to discuss budgets, value and investment decisions.
- The ability to manage client relationships, maintain momentum and follow through on commitments.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the motivation to develop new business.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a professional approach.

Previous new home sales experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. We equally welcome applications from talented professionals in related industries who can demonstrate the skills, drive and personality to succeed in this role.
