Description & Requirements
We are currently seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Painter/Blaster Supervisor to join our team, overseeing upcoming shutdown and ongoing maintenance works across the Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions. You will be responsible for supervising our Paint and Blast crews across multiple work locations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up into a supervisory role or bring their existing leadership experience to an established, experienced team.

What you will bring:
- Trade qualification in Painting and/or Blasting
- AMPP (NACE) Coating Inspector Level 1 (CIP 1)
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and oversee crews across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Valid White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia
