Job Title: Stock Coordinator

About the Role The Stock Coordinator supports all aspects of stock operations within the store, assisting with the efficient movement of inventory. Working under the guidance of the Stock Manager, you'll help maintain inventory accuracy, support stock processes, and contribute to the smooth running of boutique operations.

Set Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (6am to 2pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the receipt, unpacking, processing, and replenishment of high-volume deliveries.
- Support daily and weekly stock replenishment to ensure sales floor availability.
- Participate in stocktakes, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Help identify and report stock discrepancies to the Stock Manager.
- Maintain an organised, efficient, and safe stockroom environment.
- Support the Stock Manager with stockroom workflows and process improvements.
- Assist with Click & Collect, inter-store transfers, and special customer orders.
- Communicate effectively with the Stock Manager and boutique team on stock-related matters.
- Help prepare stock volume reports and track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and store teams to support commercial priorities.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and workplace safety protocols.
- Be flexible to work early mornings or evenings as needed for stock deliveries.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 1 year's experience in a stock, warehouse,



or retail operations role (high-volume retail preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Comfortable with standing for long hours and manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn inventory systems.
- Team player with clear communication skills.
- Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work workplace.
