We’re a boutique business development agency with big ambitions for 2026/27. Our team is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Development representative who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing roles and wants more than just another sales job.

Based in Sydney, you’ll be part of a small, agile team that manages outbound campaigns for multiple clients across SaaS, finance, tech, and marketing sectors. Each day you’ll get variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to represent creative brands while sharpening your own sales craft.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead outreach and engagement for multiple clients, adapting your approach across industries.
- Manage full sales cycles from outreach to booking qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Run outreach on behalf of Nousu clients – and once client quotas are met, you’ll also generate pipeline for Nousu itself.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the direct point of contact for campaigns.
- Drive consistent pipeline growth by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
- Track KPIs, refine messaging, and ensure campaigns hit performance targets.
- Collaborate with our Sydney-based team to share learnings, strategies, and best practices.
