About the Role

As a trusted People Business Partner, you'll be the primary HR contact for operational leaders providing expert guidance, coaching, and support across all facets of people management. You'll lead the implementation of Macmahon's people frameworks, champion our core values, and help foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports our workforce and drives business success.

Responsibilities

- Partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business performance, workforce capability and project outcomes across the Group and Shared Services functions.
- Provide trusted HR and employee relations advice across performance, conduct, investigations, disciplinary matters and terminations,



ensuring compliance with policy, legislation and industrial frameworks.
- Use workforce insights, HR metrics and HRIS data to identify trends and drive improved people and operational outcomes.
- Partner with leaders to deliver talent acquisition, onboarding, mobilisation, retention and workforce planning across the Group and Shared Services teams

What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated People (HR) Business Partner experience in mining, contracting or in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations and contemporary people practices
- Experience using SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of stakeholder

Role Details

- Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
- Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
