$150k + Super | Flexible Working Hours | Hands-on Leadership Opportunity

Are you an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys being out on site, working alongside operational teams and seeing the improvements you introduce make a difference?

FindMeA is partnering with an established organisation in Brisbane's industrial sector to recruit a HSEQ Manager for its Hemmant operation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a site's HSEQ function, develop and strengthen existing frameworks, and play an active role in shaping how safety, environmental compliance and quality are managed.

We're looking for someone who brings both technical knowledge and a practical approach. Someone who can develop the right systems and procedures, but is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team to put them into practice.

Whether you're an established HSEQ Manager or an experienced Senior Advisor or Supervisor ready for greater responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
