CSR is seeking a Change & Training Manager (Technology Transformation) to bridge technology and people across its manufacturing network. Based in North Ryde, you will lead hands-on change, communications and training efforts, including impact assessments and training materials, to embed recent OT/IT solutions.

You will partner with leaders and project teams to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences, ensuring readiness and sustained adoption across the business.
