FULL TIME | Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm

We're looking for someone who can run the yard, lead the crew and keep the wheels turning!
If you're a hands-on, practical problem-solver who enjoys a busy workday, can juggle a few things at once and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves, this could be the job for you!
We're after someone who's confident leading a team, patient when dealing with people and knows how to get things done without losing their cool (or their sense of humour!).
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the production team on track and the day running smoothly
- Organising the yard, staff and daily workflow
- Managing job sheets, dispatch and truck loading
- Jumping on the forklift when needed
- Keeping stock levels accurate and under control
- Making sure orders go out correctly and on time
- Solving the daily challenges that come with a busy yard!
What You'll Bring
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating production
- A forklift ticket – essential!
- Good computer skills, particularly Excel
- Reckon experience? Even better!
- A positive head for numbers and an eye for detail
- A proactive, organised and self-motivated attitude
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Patience, understanding and the ability to work with different personalities
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and think on your feet
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
