As a Regional Leader with Travel Money Oz, you will lead and grow a profitable area of the business, developing high-performing teams and ensuring our people and customers are at the heart of everything you do. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, a passion for coaching and the ability to turn strategy into action, while working within our One Best Way standards, company philosophies and operational systems.

What you will be responsible for

- Lead & develop people: You will coach, develop and inspire Team Leaders and sales teams, building a high-performing culture of accountability, engagement and continuous development.
- Drive sales & profitability: You will grow sales, margin and profitability across your region, using performance insights to identify opportunities and drive sustainable results.
- Optimise team performance: You will ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, training and rostering, while identifying and developing future leadership talent.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: You will champion customer-focused behaviours and maximise opportunities across products and services to grow share of wallet.
- Execute strategy: You will translate business strategy, product initiatives and marketing plans into clear actions and measurable outcomes for your teams.
- Lead through change: You will respond to market, customer and competitive changes, championing new initiatives and leading your teams through change.
- Use data to drive results: You will leverage business insights, performance measures and tools to identify opportunities,



solve problems and improve performance.
- Build robust relationships: You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, fostering open communication and creating alignment around regional goals.

What you will bring

- Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching, developing and motivating people.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering sales and financial results.
- Extensive knowledge of customer, sales, systems and products within Flight Centre Limited, along with strong operational and front-end experience.
- A genuine customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality and outstanding service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and turn strategy into action.
- The motivation, persistence and accountability to set and achieve goals while inspiring others to do the same.
- A degree qualification is desirable, along with Certificate IV in Assessment and Training and/or an Adult Education qualification.
