We're Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Registered Migration Agent (RMA) (Contract Role)

Migration Star is a growing Australian migration practice, and we're looking for a qualified and experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to join our team on a contract basis.

We are seeking a professional who is currently residing in Australia, holds current MARA registration, and can confidently assist English- and Mandarin-speaking clients with their Australian migration matters.

About the Role

You will provide professional migration advice and assistance across a range of Australian visa subclasses and migration pathways. You will work directly with clients, assess their circumstances, manage applications and ensure high-quality, compliant migration services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide migration advice and assistance across various Australian visa subclasses and pathways.
- Assess client eligibility and identify suitable visa options based on individual circumstances.
- Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Manage client matters from initial consultation through to visa decision.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients.
- Prepare written submissions,



respond to requests for further information and manage complex cases where required.
- Ensure all work complies with the Migration Act 1958 (Cth), Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth) and Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
- Maintain accurate client records, file notes and case documentation.
- Keep clients informed throughout the migration process.

Essential Requirements

- Current MARA registration (essential).
- Must currently be residing in Australia.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (essential).
- Good knowledge of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and visa processes.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to independently manage client matters and meet deadlines.
- Freshly registered migration agents are welcome to apply.
