Choose from general medical and surgical wards or specialist inpatient services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, colorectal, urology and neurosurgery, with opportunities matched to your clinical experience and preferred hospital location.

About the Role Provide nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions, complex care needs and those recovering from surgery.

Depending on your ward and specialty, you'll:

- Assess, plan and coordinate care for acute medical and post-operative patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapies and prescribed treatments.
- Manage wounds, drains, pain and other specialty-specific care needs.
- Monitor patients, recognise deterioration and support recovery and discharge planning.

To be considered, you'll need:
- Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.
- A minimum of two years' post-graduate nursing experience, including at least 12 months' recent acute medical or surgical inpatient experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication management and patient prioritisation skills, including recognising and responding to deterioration.
- Relevant postgraduate nursing qualifications (highly regarded).

- Remuneration: $42.52–$52.80 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications (VIC RN/Midwife Years 2–8). Penalty rates and allowances are additional.
