Role overview

We are seeking a Sales Accounts Executive to manage and grow independent customer accounts across Australia and Recent Zealand (ANZ). You will build lasting client relationships, support customer satisfaction and loyalty, and contribute to sales growth.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and develop assigned independent accounts, maintaining strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Balance approximately 70% account management with 30% new business development, identifying and pursuing suitable opportunities.
- Manage the customer sales cycle from presales through sales administration and post-sales support.
- Promote the company’s product range and use market and customer insights to recommend suitable products and sales strategies.
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with customers in line with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate,



timely CRM records and coordinate with Sales, Operations and other relevant teams to meet customer requirements.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions when required.

What you will bring

- At least three years of proven experience in the local furniture, bedding or soft furnishings industry, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong English communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle and meet targets.
- Valuable working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
