Wiremarkers Australia is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a motivated, driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative to join our team.
We supply innovative identification, labelling, signage and cable management solutions across Australia and New Zealand, supporting some of the country's largest projects and businesses across renewables, defence, mining, electrical, industrial and infrastructure.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new business opportunities and being part of a growing sales team.
You will play an important role in developing our customer base, identifying new opportunities and getting our products in front of the right people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Making outbound calls, following up enquiries and engaging prospective customers.
- Building relationships across key industrial and commercial sectors.
- Organising customer meetings, site visits and product demonstrations.
- Working alongside our sales and marketing team to develop current opportunities.
- Maintaining CRM records and managing your sales pipeline.
- Getting out on the road to meet customers and demonstrate our products.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales or business development.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to pick up the phone.
- Someone who enjoys chasing opportunities and getting results.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- A willingness to learn technical products and understand customer applications.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to the success of the business.
Experience in industrial, electrical, manufacturing or technical sales would be highly regarded.
