We're currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our Sales team, working on the Yeppoon Land Lease Community.

Reporting to the Community Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey following deposit, keeping customers informed, supported and excited as they move towards settlement and their new life at Ingenia.

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers at different stages of their journey, coordinate contracts and documentation, track settlement pipelines and work across our Sales, Community, Home Delivery, Projects and Marketing teams to keep everything moving.

It’s a role that brings together customer experience, property, sales and settlement coordination, so you’ll need to be just as comfortable building relationships as you are staying on top of the detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and support customers through their journey from deposit to settlement
- Manage settlement pipelines, contracts, documentation and key dates
- Build trusted relationships with customers, families and key internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively resolve issues that could impact the customer experience or settlement
- Support the broader Sales team with customer engagement, community events and sales activities as required

About You

- Experience in property, real estate, sales or property administration
- A natural relationship builder who can confidently support customers through significant financial and life decisions
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Confident working with contracts, documentation and relevant legislation
- Customer-focused, empathetic and proactive, with a genuine drive to deliver great outcomes
